I remember reading that one of the members of the Shadows of Knight ('60s garage-punk band from Chicago) attended IWU. Maybe the School of Art. Can anyone verify this? Or maybe does anyone have an alumni directory that he or she could check for the following names?

The Shadows of Knight were:
Jerry McGeorge
Jim Sohns
Warren Rogers
Norm Gotsch
Joe Kelley

Thanks.

*No need to check this name. I have lots of info on this dude.

I'm looking for more responses, so the questions stay the same.
-What's a neat website you've run into lately?
-What's one of your favorite art or design magazines?
-What is one of your favorite fonts?
-Name a work of art you really like.
-What do you think the famous Picasso public sculpture
in Chicago's Daley Plaza is?

just hit reply to this email
and blurb out a response...any ol' response will do.

Replies are posted on the artiwu website at:

Want to become a master of the latest cultural phenomenon?
or at least understand what those rascally kids are talking about when they
say "I call you Pickachu!"... What am I saying! If you study this hard
enough you could blow those blasted punks away with your superior knowledge
of Pokemon universe.

How How? Tell me now! You must be saying.

It's called Pokedex. It is a freeware application (Macs only dude)
It has a list of all the Pokemon characters. Click on a name and it pulls up
an image of the character with all the profile info you'll need to show up those
3rd graders!

here's the link:
